Fees
Cosmetic surgery fees are not covered by your medical plan, even if you are experiencing psychologic symptoms because of your appearance. Cosmetic fees include the surgeon's fee, clinic or hospital fee, anaesthetist's fee, implant cost, plus any special garments. Because you are unique, your procedure will be unique.
